Trustees celebrate opening of ‘The Giving Tree’ in Dunblane – pledging support for Duncan Hospital Charitable Trust

Huge thanks to The Giving Tree in Dunblane, Scotland who have chosen to support The Duncan Hospital Charitable Trust as their international charity.

The Giving Tree is a charity shop that is part of Dunblane Development Trust and it supports local and international charities, as well as promoting sustainability. They will be helping to raise funds in particular for the DHCT Nurses in Training Sponsorship Programme.

As trustees of the DHCT, Professor Gordon and Jackie Mackay with fellow trustees, Dr Graham and Karen Watson were delighted to attend the official opening and offer a taste of the work The Duncan Hospital in Bihar India carries out. Local Antiques Roadshow expert Gordon Foster kindly cut the opening ribbon.
