Rising star, Jai Quitongo was injured when he collided with a goal keeper in a competitive match for Morton FC. The keeper’s elbow accidentally struck the outside of Jai’s knee resulting in serious injury to the joint as it collapsed medially. Fortunately it was possible for Professor Mackay to repair his ACL with an Internal Brace within a couple of weeks of injury. This early intervention also insured that his traumatised cartilage could heal. He made a remarkable recovery after over coming some early stiffness.
He is clearly delighted to be back in action in half the normal recovery time and says he feels even stronger as a result of his intense rehabilitation.
He is seen here scoring a wonder last-gasp goal last week against Dunfermline.
