Adam Stokes is a Sports Physiotherapist with over eleven years of experience working as a clinician and medical department lead at some of the biggest clubs in Scottish Football, as well as working with the Scottish National Team.

Gained a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath in 2017, completing research on acute mechanisms of groin injuries in Professional Footballers.

Main clinical interests in ACL rehabilitation, injury epidemiology and analysis in sports injuries. Significant experience in the rehabilitation of professional athletes and have worked on multiple InternalBrace rehabilitations over the past ten years, including lateral ankle ligament repairs, PCL repair and multiple ACL recoveries. An advocate for evidence-informed and outcome driven rehabilitation.
